CityScape to announce beautification awards

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown CityScape Inc. will announce the winners of its eighth annual “Youngstown CityScape Beautification Watch Awards” at 5 p.m. today following the final 2014 board meeting at Fellow Riverside Gardens, D. D. Davis Center.

CityScape is a nonprofit anchor community development corporation focused on strengthening Youngstown as it connects downtown, campus, adjacent neighborhoods and gateways.

The awards will be presented in five categories: Corporate/Business, Institution, Individual, Neighborhood Group and Youth. Awards are presented to those who have made an investment in beautification and or preservation, and continue to raise the standards throughout the city of Youngstown.
