Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

COLUMBIANA AND MAHONING COUNTIES

Wednesday, Nov. 19: Chili macaroni, peas, broccoli, apple, Italian bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 20: Cheese omelet, tater tots, unsweetened applesauce, blueberry muffin, orange juice and milk.

Friday, Nov. 21: Chicken filet, seasoned potatoes, green beans, apricots, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Saturday, Nov. 22: Chicken breast on a bun, carrots, cucumbers, apple, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Monday, Nov. 24: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 25: Chicken drumsticks, winter vegetables, pineapple tidbits, bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Nov. 19: Beef steak fritter with gravy, steak house red potatoes, seasoned spinach, rye bread with margarine, grape juice and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 20: Rotisserie chicken (cold) on a bun, potato salad, three-bean salad, unsweetened applesauce and milk.

Friday, Nov. 21: Salmon croquettes, carrot coins, green beans, wheat bread with margarine, tropical fruit salad and milk.

Monday, Nov. 24: Steak burger on a bun, buttered cabbage, green beans, diced peaches and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 25: Turkey patty, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread with margarine, apple and milk.
