Regional final football pairings set

Hubbard, Ursuline and Western Reserve already knew who they were playing in this weekend's regional final football games.

Now the Eagles, Irish and Blue Devils know where they'll be playing.

Hubbard (12-0) will meet perennial playoff foe Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary (10-2) in a Division III regional final on Friday in Ravenna at Gilcrest Field at Portage Community Bank Stadium. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.

The Eagles are the top seed in Region 11. SV-SM is the No. 2 seed.

Ursuline (8-4) will meet Canton Central Catholic (12-0) in a Division V regional final on Saturday in Hartville at Uniontown Lake's Alumni Field. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

The Irish are the third seed in Region 15. The Crusaders are No. 1 in the region.

Western Reserve (11-1) will meet Norwalk St. Paul (11-1) on Saturday in a Division VII regional final in Copley at InfoCision Field at Copley Stadium. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

The Blue Devils are the No. 2 seed in Region 23. The Flyers are the region's top seed.
