More snow, below-zero wind chills forecast for today

YOUNGSTOWN

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the Mahoning Valley until 3 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Snow and sleet accumulation of up to 4 inches was expected to accumulate overnight. Additional snow accumulation of 2 to 3 inches is expected today. Highs in the lower 30s.

The forecast for tonight calls for much colder conditions with lows around 13 above zero. Wind chill values will reach as low as 5 below zero.

There is a 40 percent chance of snow Tuesday with highs around 20.
