Pumpkin carve-out winners announced

Boardman Township Park announces the winners of the 2014 Pumpkin Carve-out Contest that took place at the park on Oct. 17.

This year’s winners follow:

Preschool: Joey Sharpe, first place, and Lily Svoboda, second place.

Kindergarten through fourth grade: Jaxon Sherl, first, and Ava Davanzo, second;

Fifth through eighth grade: Emily Rutledge, first, and Norah Bush, second.

Ninth grade through adults: Chuck Pangburn, first, and Mark Blakeman and Anne Rutledge, tied for second place.
