When the third phase of the Western Reserve Greenway bike trail is dedicated at 1 p.m. today behind Trumbull Career and Technical Center, special recognition will be given to Paul E. Heltzel, the county commissioner who died in office last June. Heltzel, 69, was a bicyclist and participated in biking events on the Greenway, officials said.

Child porn charge
WARREN
Jeremy Hollingsworth, 36, of 293 Atlantic St., is in the Trumbull County jail, charged with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor after a raid on his home Thursday morning.
The raid was conducted by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, which determined that Hollingsworth used a computer at his home to transfer files containing child pornography, according to The Vindicator’s broadcast partner, 21-WFMJ-TV.
BCI was assisted in the investigation by Howland, Hubbard and Warren police departments, and Trumbull County Sheriff’s and Prosecutor’s offices.
