Holiday lighting event planned for town hall

Poland Junior Women’s Club is gearing up for its Lighting of the Village event with a gathering to decorate town hall from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday.

The group will put up all of the holiday decorations and welcomes the community to get involved.

The Lighting of the Village will take place the evening of Dec. 6 and will include caroling by Poland Seminary High School and Holy Family School choirs, horse drawn carriage rides, treats and crafts for the children, a visit from Santa Claus and much more.
