Youngstown firefighters find car ablaze

YOUNGSTOWN

Firefighters answering a call for a brush fire late Tuesday evening on the East Side instead found a car on fire.

Crews were called to the 600 block of Cassius Avenue about 11:40 p.m. and found something burning in a field far away. They discovered a car on fire on a basketball court at Victory Field, reports said.

Damage is listed at $8,000. The cause is under investigation.
