Class will teach basic stock-making

YOUNGSTOWN

First Unitarian Universalist Church of Youngstown will be the site of a class to make basic stocks such as chicken, beef and vegetable from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Sophia Buggs, an experienced gardener and chef, will lead the hands-on class, after which you will take samples home. The class is sponsored by the church, Grow Youngstown and Buggs, and is part of Grow Youngstown’s Prep and Preservation Programming.
