No foul play suspected in death of man found by federal courthouse

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Coroner’s office said today there was no signs of foul play on the body of a man who was discovered about 10 a.m. Saturday behind the U.S. Bankruptcy Court at 10 E. Commerce St.

A news release from the coroner’s office identified the man found as 55-year-old David Anderson. The release said he was recently a resident of the Gutknecht Towers in Youngstown.

An autopsy was performed today. Forensic pathologist Dr. Joseph Ohr is awaiting final toxicology test results before ruling on a cause of death.
