The release of the new growth beaujolais in France is a time-honored tradition of merrymaking throughout the country and has become a tradition in other cities around the globe.
The lobby at the DeYor will be transformed into a Paris cafe as guests at Nouveau Beaujolais sample the newly released beaujolais flown from France for the occasion and taste classic French bistro foods such as hanger steak, boeuf bourguignon and coq au vin accompanied by french-fried potatoes, au gratin potatoes, mushroom tart, cheeses, pates and French breads and desserts.
Providing entertainment will be strolling musicians Betty Bannon and Susan Brenneis-Fisher and can-can dancers from Ballet Western Reserve. Silent auctions will offer cheeses, wines and cooking utensils.
Valet parking and a cash bar will be available.
