Deaf exhibit planned for Nov. 22 at KSU

There will be a Deaf World Exhibit from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22 at Kent State University Trumbull Campus Technology Building, 4314 Mahoning Ave. NW., for deaf, hard of hearing and American Sign Language communities. Admission is free.

There will be a basket auction, 50-50 raffle, workshops for deaf and hard of hearing individuals and fun games, stories and activities for all ages. There also will be arts and crafts and face painting for children. Meet with local deaf organizations, businesses, clubs and programs. Food and beverages will be sold. Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing exhibitors are welcome to set up an information table for $10. All proceeds go to the 2015 Deaf World Exhibit.
