Man sentenced to 10 years for having child porn on computer

Bernard R. Stuntebeck, 36, who was homeless but also stayed in Newton Falls, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for downloading and reproducing child pornography on a computer.

Stuntebeck pleaded guilty today in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to 22 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

The FBI investigated the crimes, which occurred at a home in Newton Falls in October 2013. Judge Ronald Rice could have sentenced Stuntebeck to more than 100 years in prison.
