Man pleads guilty to dealing heroin

YOUNGSTOWN
A man pleaded guilty in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio on Wednesday to two drug charges and a weapons charge.
Dorian Christian, 38, of Youngstown entered guilty pleas before Magistrate Judge George Limbert to two counts of distributing heroin and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
A sentencing date has not been set yet.
The charges stem from an investigation of Christian by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration that culminated with a warrant served at two homes in the 400 block of North Garland Avenue on the East Side in April.
An affidavit in the case says agents searched one of the homes and found a loaded .40-caliber handgun.
Christian is banned from owning a firearm because of a previous felony conviction in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, an indictment in the case said. He served a little more than three years in prison on the charge, which was a drug charge.
The indictment also charges Christian with selling heroin March 19 and April 11.
