Lindsay Stojkov and Joseph Martin exchanged vows Aug. 23 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Monsignor Michael Cariglio officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

Her parents are Kathy Stojkov of Austintown and the late Blajoge Stojkov. His parents are Patrick and Mary Martin of Bedford, Ohio.

After a wedding trip to Costa Rica, the couple reside in Mineral Ridge.

Mrs. Martin graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse for Akron Children’s Hospital in Boardman.

Her husband graduated from Kent State University with a doctor of medicine degree. He is a general and bariatric surgeon for St. Joseph Hospital in Warren.

The bride wore a venetian lace fit-and-flare strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline. It was adorned with beads and buttons on the back and featured a chapel train.

Karlina Martini was her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kaitlyn Durina; Lauren Spalsbury, the bride’s cousin; Tiffany Polish; Deanna Matzye; Victoria Sherb, the bride’s cousin; and Lisa Milosevic. Mira Martin, daughter of the bride and groom, and Mila Milosevic were flower girls. The attendants wore coral-colored dresses.

Igor Milosevic performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Robert Stojkov, the bride’s brother; Troy Irvin; Nishant Raj; Pat Flauto; Mike Lovano; Jay Hott; and T.J. Blomgren. Stefan and Luka Milosevic were the ring bearers.
