St. Christine Church was the setting of the Aug. 2 wedding of Amy D’Amico and Dr. Joseph James Rousher. The Rev. John Keehner officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield.

Her parents are Michael A. and Kathleen A. D’Amico of Canfield, and his parents are James P. and Debbie Rousher of Canfield.

After a wedding trip to Naples, Fla., the couple reside in Boardman.

The bride wore an ivory lace mermaid style gown with a sweetheart neckline embellished with Swarovski crystals.

The bride’s sister, Katherine Mikolich, was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Atty. Caitlin Murphy, the bride’s cousin; Katrina Carosello, the groom’s sister-in-law; Isha Suri; Mandy Ruse; Kristin Rutkousky; and Jen Marian. The bride’s niece, Madilynn Mikolich, was the flower girl. The attendants wore blush-pink dresses.

Nick Rousher and Jimmy Rousher, the groom’s brothers, shared the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Brandon Mikolich, the bride’s brother-in-law; Michael D’Amico Jr., the bride’s brother; and Dr. Justin Gusching.

Mrs. Rousher graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She works as an administrative assistant for Fluent & Associates LLC in Poland.

Dr. Rousher graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine with a doctor of osteopathy degree. He is a family medicine resident physician at Akron City Hospital in Akron.
