Farmers National Bank Named to Crain’s Cleveland Business Fast 50

Farmers National Bank is officially on the fast track. Crain’s Cleveland Business has named Farmers to its prestigious “Fast 50” list of successful companies.

To develop this selective list, Crain’s partnered with independent accounting and business advisory firm Apple Growth Partners (Akron/Cleveland) to review financial records for companies headquartered in northeast Ohio. Crain’s then ranked the 50 fastest-growing companies by revenue between 2009 and 2013. The publication stated it was looking for an established record of continuous growth.

“Our company’s tremendous growth since 2009 is fairly well known locally in the Mahoning Valley, but it is gratifying to have Cleveland’s top business publication take notice,” says Farmers President and CEO Kevin Helmick. “This recognition validates the hard work and customer-first mentality of every Farmers associate.”

Farmers is now in the running to be named a Top 10 company. This announcement will be made at an awards ceremony, hosted by Crain’s, Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland. Full coverage of this event will appear online and in the November 10th print edition of Crain’s Cleveland Business.
