ELECTION UPDATE | S.C. elects first black to US Senate since Reconstruction; GOP Graham re-elected

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Projections show Tim Scott winning a U.S. Senate race and is first black to win statewide in South Carolina since Reconstruction.

Also, Republican Lindsey Graham of South Carolina was re-elected to a third term in Senate.
