ELECTION UPDATE | 3 Mahoning school issues winning, 2 losing in early voting

YOUNGSTOWN — With early voting of 20,165 ballots cast, three Mahoning County school issues are winning.

School levies in Boardman, Campbell, Jackson-Milton are winning. Voters thus far, however, are defeating the South Range Schools 3.9-mill levy and the Springfield Schools 1 percent income tax.
