AUCTIONS

Trumbull Mobile Meals will have a basket extravaganza Saturday at Packard Music Hall. It will feature food, music, 100 silent auction baskets and basket and live auctions.

BAZAARS

East Fairfield United Methodist Church, 45675 state Route 5, will have an Election Day bazaar from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday in the church fellowship hall. A soup and sandwich luncheon will be available from 11:30 to 1:30. There will be adult and children’s clothing, household treasures, baked goods, homemade candy and books. Bargain day will be Wednesday when all items remaining will be $1 per bag. Proceeds will support various mission projects of the United Methodist Women. For information call 330-457-2465.

Tod Avenue United Methodist Church, 155 Tod Ave. NW, Warren, will have its annual holiday bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. It will include a used book sale, Christmas shop, baked goods, needlecraft and decorator shop, selected attic shop, brooms and knives and outside booths. Homemade vegetable beef soup will be sold by the quart. Lunch of sloppy joes, potato chips, dessert and beverage will be available at 11 a.m.

CRAFT SHOWS

Bristolville United Methodist Church, routes 45 and 88, will host a craft show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. There will be crafts, pies, breads and more. Proceeds will benefit the Christian education program. For information call 440-294-2299.

FUNDRAISERS

New Lease on Life Animal Rescue will host an Amish dinner and basket auction as a fundraiser from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church, 250 Sexton St., Struthers. The all-you-can-eat dinner comprises roast beef, chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetable, salad, date pudding pie and a beverage. Takeout will be available. NIGHTS AT THE RACES

Bishop James W. Malone K. of C. Council 12756 is sponsoring a Night at the Races on Saturday at St. Luke Parish Hall, 5235 South Ave., Boardman. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the races will begin at 6:30 for adults 21 and older. Refreshments will include beer, pop, water, hot dogs, sloppy joes and snacks. A 50-50 raffle will take place; the winner does not need to be present. Admission is free.

Helping Hands Closet at Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, has fall fashions available, new and used for the entire family. Buy any item with the colors of red, white or blue and get 50 percent off. Also, sign up for a door prize. Open each Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4470 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will have a fall rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There also will be a bake sale and a 50-50 raffle. All proceeds will benefit maintenance of the church.

Ladies Auxiliary 3298 is hosting a What Women Want vendor sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Austintown Eagles, 1655 S. Raccoon Road. It is open to the public, and proceeds will benefit the Rich Center for Autism.

Mount Olivet Church, 410 W. South Range Road, North Lima, will host its annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday; 9 to 5 Friday, half-price day; and 9 to noon Saturday, $1-per-bag day. Lunch will be served Thursday and Friday.

United Local Community Education Department is sponsoring a bus trip to the Grove City Premium Outlets on Nov. 22.
