Lowellville police arrest man on theft charge

LOWELLVILLE

Police arrested Lloyd Bannister, 43, of Youngstown on charges of theft Friday. Police reported Bannister was involved in the theft from a W. Wood Street residence earlier in October. More than $20,000 worth of items were stolen from the residence.

Bannister was arraigned at the Struthers Municipal Court Friday. He has a preliminary hearing 9:30 a.m. Friday.
