Campbell police arrest man on drug charges

CAMPBELL

Police arrested Brian Forestal, 34, of Youngstown on felony charges of possessing heroin and on misdemeanor charges of possessing drug paraphernalia at 6:58 p.m. Saturday in the McDonald's parking lot on McCartney Road.

Police observed Forestal dozing off in a vehicle with steamed up windows in the McDonald's parking lot. Police suspected there were drugs in the vehicle.

After searching Forestal and the vehicle, police found .4 grams of heroin in a candy wrapper, a metal spoon and a needle. Forestal has a court appearance at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Campbell Municipal Court.
