Ajax Magnethermic Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station Square, 4250 Belmont Ave. Guests are welcome.

Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church, 140 W. Main St. Blood pressure screenings will be available from noon to 12:45 p.m. Dr. Wayland Wong, otolaryngologist, will present a program on glass blowing and many examples will be displayed. Nov. 17 a board meeting will take place at 10 a.m. at the church. A bus trip will be Nov. 20 to “Hawaiian Christmas Show” and lunch at the Chadwick with stops at PPG to see Spirits of Giving Around the World, Cabella’s and a trip through Olgebay Park to see the Christmas lights. Cornersburg Happy Seniors will meet Thursday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield with Linda Wiland presiding. Bingo will be played. Dues will be collected for 2015 during the November and December meetings. Cornersburg residency is not required. Retired men, women and couples, 55 years or older, who would like to socialize for a few hours, are invited to reserve lunch by calling Wiland at 330-318-8472. The cost of lunch is $11. Visitors are welcome. Annual dues are $5. Dues for 2014 will be waived for new members joining in November and December.

SOAR 27-2 and 27-6 Steelworkers Retirees Local Union 1330 and 1331 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Reservations will be taken for the Dec. 1 Christmas Party. New members are welcome.

Trumbull Memorial Hospital Retirees will meet for a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 10 at the Buena Vista Cafe in Warren. The program will be “The Planet Mars.” All TMH retirees and former employees are welcome. For reservations or information call 330-847-7961. Youngstown State University Retirees will meet for their monthly breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Davidson’s Restaurant in Cornersburg. All retirees are invited.
