‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ arena tour canceled

The “Jesus Christ Superstar” arena spectacular North American tour has been canceled. The announcement was made late Friday afternoon, but gave no reason for the cancelation.

The tour was to make two stops in the region in August: Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, and Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. Tickets for either show had not yet gone on sale.
