Boardman Glenwood defeats Center Middle School

The Boardman Glenwood boys and girls track teams defeated Center Middle School on May 14. The boys’ score was 86-37. The girls’ score was 77-46.

In the 100-meter hurdles, Jake Kimble came in second place and Nick Torres came in third place. In the 100-meter dash, Blake Courtis came in second place and Jason Fabian came in third place. In the 1600-meter run, Mark Moradian came in first place, Tim Fowler came in second place and Mathew Moradian came in third place. In the 400-meter dash, John Fleet came in first place and Ryan Faubel came in second place. In the 800-meter run, Che Trevena came in first place, Mark Moradian came in second place and Mathew Moradian came in third place. In the 200-meter hurdles, Brandon Chamberlain came in second place and JP Anzevino came in third place. In the 200-meter dash, Ethan Himes came in first place and John Fleet came in third place.

In the long jump, Tim Fowler came in first place, Nick Torres came in second place and Daron Collins and Manny Perez came in third place. In the high jump, Zach Larrier came in second place and JP Anzevino came in third place.

In the 200-meter dash, Kaylin Burkey came in first place, Aniya White came in second place and Jenny Taranzewski came in third place.

Glenwood came in first place in the 4x100 meter relay and the 4x400 meter relay. In shot put, Nicole Perez came in first place. In discus, Ashley Lara came in first place and Nicole Perez came in second place.
