“The Sixties” (9 p.m., CNN): “The Sixties” is a 10-week documentary series from executive producer Tom Hanks that looks back on 10 turbulent and incredible years that changed the world. The opener, “Television Comes of Age,” recalls how the medium, pre-cable, evolved during the decade.
