Rail crossing work begins Monday in Leetonia

LEETONIA — The Norfolk Southern Railroad has changed the closing date for the crossings in Leetonia. The closing date is Monday, and the work should start about 9 a.m.

Two or more crossings may be closed at a time due to the length of the equipment being used. It will take several hours to unload the new track due to the length of the train, according to railroad officials.
