3 charged with breaking and entering in Campbell

CAMPBELL — Three residents of the 100 block of Tremble Avenue will appear in Campbell Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Friday on breaking-and-entering charges.

Charged with the fifth-degree felony are Matthew C. Higinbotham, 36; Lisa M. Lagese, 42; and Jason L. Ostavitz, 21. Police arrested the three shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday for unlawfully being in a vacant home in the 100 block of Gordon Avenue.

The home showed signs of forced entry, including broken glass and wood shavings near the door. Police responded to the area after receiving a call from a citizen.

Higinbotham, Lagese and Ostavitz are in Mahoning County jail without bond until their court appearance.
