Program on planning in Cambodia is canceled

A presentation titled “Challenges of Preservation Planning: A Cambodian Perspective” scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday at Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center has been canceled, according to Leann Rich, spokesperson for the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.
