MVHS program Saturday on urban planning in Cambodia is canceled

YOUNGSTOWN — Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Mahoning Valley Historical Society has had to cancel the “Challenges of Preservation Planning: A Cambodian Perspective,” that had been scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday in the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center in downtown Youngstown, said a historical society release.
