Downtown Youngstown street closed for work at 20 Federal Place

YOUNGSTOWN — West Commerce Street between North Phelps Street and Wick Avenue will be closed Friday to Sunday for crane work related to the 20 Federal Place chiller-replacement project.

Local detours will be posed. Pedestrian access will be restricted in this area at the discretion of the general contractor for safety reasons.
