YOUNGSTOWN — Jurors are expected to hear opening statements in the capital murder trial of Aubrey Toney after viewing the crime scene this morning.

Toney, 33, is accused of the murder of 74-year-old Thomas Repchic and the wounding of his wife, Jacqueline, as they were driving in a car at Southern Boulevard and East Philadelphia Avenue on the South Side in September 2010.

Police say Toney fired at the car because he thought it belonged to a with whom he was feuding.
