2 men take merchandise from Lowe's in Boardman

BOARDMAN — Two men made off with more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from an outdoor display at Lowe’s, 1100 Doral Drive.

According to a police report, the two took a generator and a power washer from a locked cage display Monday by using bolt cutters to gain access to the items, which had a total value of $1,098.

Neither police nor store officials were able to obtain a license plate from the vehicle the two males were in.
