Drugs charges for pair after Campbell traffic stop

CAMPBELL — City police arrested two out-of-state men on multiple charges — including trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony — late Friday.

Both 27-year-old Troy D. White of Timon Street in Buffalo, N.Y., and 23-year-old Dominic D. Little, of Old Williamsburg Road in Sandston, Va., are set to answer to those charges on Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.

Shortly after 11 p.m. Friday, police stopped a car traveling on McCartney Road.

The driver, White, was unable to produce any identification, but provided both a name and a date of birth to officers. Police later discovered that provided name was his father's information, and that White had a suspended driver's license.

During the traffic stop, police searched the vehicle and found 6.2 grams of marijuana in nine individually wrapped baggies, along with a half-full can of beer and $80 in cash, in the car.

White was charged with trafficking in drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, lack of occupant restraining devices, driving under suspension, open container prohibited, falsification, and for not having a clear view to the front.

Little was charged with trafficking in drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and lack of occupant restraining devices.
