Local families sought to host international students next school year

Ayusa International, a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization promoting global learning and leadership, is looking for families in and near Youngstown and Warren to host international students next school year.

Ayusa — Academic Year in the USA — works with diverse families who are interested in hosting an international student of high-school age. Host families provide three meals a day and a bedroom.

Each exchange student is supported by a local representative from Ayusa who works closely with the family, student and local school throughout the program. Families interested in learning about hosting a foreign exchange student can visit www.ayusa.org or call 1-888-552-9872.
