Miss Worona, Mr. Drombetta are engaged

GIRARD

Vernon and Kim Worona of Girard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Kimberly Worona of Girard, and Matthew Peter Drombetta of Youngstown. The prospective groom’s parents are Peter and Cathy Drombetta of Youngstown.

The couple are planning to exchange vows this summer at Old North Church in Canfield. A reception will follow at the Grand Pavilion in Howland. Invitations will be issued for both.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Westminster College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in history. She is continuing her studies in historic preservation at Youngstown State University. She is self-employed at Willow & Urn Cemetery Conservation and is a keyholder-associate at Hallmark stores.

Her fiancé is a graduate of New Castle School of Trades, where he received an electrical degree. He is an inspector for Worona Home Inspections and is a sound technician at Old North Church.
