Medical alliance installs 75th president

Jenna Cicchillo was recently installed as the 75th president of the Mahoning County Medical Society Alliance at a luncheon at the home of Paula Jakubek of Canfield. The installing officer was Carol Sankovic, past president of the Ohio State Medical Association Alliance.

Other officers installed were: Diana McDonald, vice president; Paula Jakubek, treasurer; and Elizabeth Roller, secretary.

Cicchillo was born in Hubbard and received bachelor’s and master’s degrees, both in nursing, from Kent State University and completed its adult nurse practitioner program. She works as a nurse practitioner for Eastern Ohio Pulmonary Consultants Inc.

She has been a member of the alliance for four years and has served as its vice president and secretary. A member of Akron Children’s Hospital Kids Crew volunteer group and the Medical Alliance TWIGS, she also volunteers for the Midlothian Free Clinic.

Cicchillo lives in Boardman with her husband, Dr. Michael Cicchillo, a vascular surgeon, and their twin boys.

Under her leadership, the alliance plans to continue to assist the medical community to provide health care and services to those in need in Mahoning County.
