GREENFORD

Devon Parks of Greenford and John Eich of Naperville, Ill., are engaged, her parents are announcing.

The bride-elect’s parents are Anthony and Tracey Park of Greenford, and the future groom’s parents are Thomas and Susan Eich of Boardman.

The couple are planning a 1:30 p.m. Aug. 2 open wedding at St. Charles Church in Boardman. Invitations for a reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown will be issued.

The bride-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and intervention specialist from Walsh University. She teaches first grade at Strausser Elementary School in Massillon.

Her fianc earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Thiel College and is an account coordinator for Readerlink Distribution Services LLC in Oak Brook, Ill.
