D&E Counseling gets preschool grant

YOUNGSTOWN

The D&E Counseling Center received an $11,000 grant from The James and Coralie Centofanti Charitable Foundation for its Preschool UPSTREAM Plus program.

The program is a home-based literacy and social skills program provided to Youngstown and Campbell City preschools. The goal of the program is to increase a parent’s or guardian’s ability to nurture their child’s social, emotional and literacy development to help them succeed in school.
