Canfield High School juniors and seniors brought sheer elegance to the school’s auditorium during the annual PTO-sponsored Prom Promenade May 3 before heading to the prom at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
Excitement and glitter filled the air as the students were announced to cheers from an auditorium filled with friends and family.
With the spotlight on them, each couple walked through a balloon arch on state as emcee Gerry Ricciutti announced their names to the crowd.
The event is offered each year before the prom to allow families, friends, fellow students and members of the community to come out and see the fabulous dresses and tuxedos, and to support the students.
