Campbell police charge man with menacing
CAMPBELL
A 35-year-old Tremble Avenue man will answer to a menacing charge Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.
At about 9 a.m. Thursday, city police responded to Ollah Market, 134 12th St., in reference to an unwanted person, later identified as David Serrano. While officers were talking with Serrano, he began yelling at the store owner, telling him he was going to burn down his store, according to the police report.
The store owner said he wanted to file charges against Serrano, and officers placed him under arrest. He was given a court date and told to stay away from Ollah Market.
