Drakkar D. Little, 20, of Woodbine Avenue Southeast in Warren, was arraigned Wednesday morning in Niles Municipal Court on charges of aggravated robbery and kidnapping in a Tuesday-night home invasion on South Butler Street.

He is in the Trumbull County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.

Little and a second man are accused of breaking into the house while a man, woman and insurance salesman were talking about insurance.

The suspects tied up the three victims with shoelaces then fled about 10:30 p.m. taking two cellphones, a gold bracelet and cash, said Niles Police Capt. Ken Criswell.

The suspects got into a van, but apparently later fled on foot. The insurance salesman, who has a concealed-carry license, followed the van to the Fuel Plus gas station, 140 W. Park Ave., where he held a gun on the driver, a 17-year-old female, while asking others to call 911.

The female later told police she only had given Little a ride from Warren to Niles. She is not charged.

Little was arrested a couple of hours later in the parking lot of the Niles Police Station, Criswell said, declining to elaborate on why Little was there.

The second suspect has not been arrested.
