Golf Classic will benefit American Cancer Society

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The annual Pink Ribbon Golf Classic will take place July 14 at Squaw Creek-Avalon Golf and Country Club, 761 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, Vienna. Preparing for the event, from left, are Judith DeSalvo, this year’s golf classic honoree; committee members, Patty Barber and Pam Planey; and Cheryl Miskell, committee chairwoman. The 18-hole four-person scramble will include lunch and a basket auction and raffle. Registration and a continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. with the shotgun start at 9.
