Police arrested a man on a drug-trafficking charge about 11:45 a.m. Monday downtown after they found 19 small bags of suspected marijuana on him.

Officers were called to the Western Reserve Transit Authority station at 310 W. Federal St. for a report of someone selling marijuana nearby. When they got there they found Sean L. Dozier, 24, of Youngstown, in an alcove near the station and questioned him because he fit the description of the person selling the marijuana.

A security guard from the station also came over and told police he had received complaints that a person fitting Dozier’s description was selling marijuana, reports said.

Police searched Dozier and found the smaller bags of marijuana in a larger bag. He was taken to Mahoning County jail and is expected to be arraigned in municipal court today.
