Woman who hit garbage truck cited

HUBBARD

A woman who was in a collision with a garbage truck early Friday morning was cited for driving while under the influence and left of center, a Hubbard Police report says.

Paige L. Coey, 24, of East Liberty Street in Hubbard hit the truck driven by Richard Latimer Jr., 52, of Masury at 1 a.m. North Main and Henry streets. Latimer was not injured. Coey was checked at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
