Folk music festival this weekend

Dulci-More Folk and Traditional Musicians’ 20th annual festival will be Friday through Sunday at BSA Camp McKinley, 37748 Furnace Road.

There will be evening concerts all three days from 7-9:15 p.m. and folk music workshops and mini-concerts Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. More than 60 workshops for beginners to advanced musicians will take place. Subjects include mountain and hammered dulcimers, guitar, ukulele, autoharp, harp, fiddle and whistle.

Registration for the weekend is $35 (an additional $5 covers all children in a family). Each evening concert is $10 ($2 more for children). Daytime activities on Saturday or Sunday are $8 per day or $15 for both daytime and the evening concert. Go to dulcimore.org.
