Police probe after South Side home targeted in shooting


YOUNGSTOWN — Police are at a 56 E. Judson Ave. home that was shot up shortly after noon today.

Two cars were damaged by gunfire and several. 45-caliber and 7.62mm rounds were recovered at the home.

Officers had to wait for a dog warden officer before checking inside to see if anyone was hurt because of a large pit bull inside.

Firefighters were called to breach the door.

The house also sustained damage from gunshots as well, according to police on the scene.
