A headline on page A7 of Friday’s paper on a story about a 2012 double homicide should have said a pair of men were charged in juvenile court. They were not indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury.

A birth listing that ran on page A7 of Friday’s paper incorrectly spelled a couple’s last name. The couple is Kyle and Melanie O’Hare of Girard who had a boy May 14.
