Youngstown streets closed Sunday for March for Babies event

YOUNGSTOWN — These streets will be closed for the March for Babies Walk from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday: Fifth Avenue northbound lane closure from Armed Forced Boulevard/University Plaza Drive to Eastbound Service Road; Eastbound Service Road, Fifth Avenue to Wick Avenue, with ramps remaining open; Wick Avenue southbound lane closure from Eastbound Service Road to Rayen Avenue; and Lincoln Avenue, with Wick Avenue to Fifth Avenue/Wood Street closed.
