Fundraiser helps couple remodel home

The public is invited to participate in a fundraiser for Linda and Jerry Riley, hosted by Boardman Quaker Steak and Lube, on May 21 from 5-9 p.m. All proceeds from that evening’s sales will go toward helping the couple renovate their home to make it wheelchair accessible. Flyers can be picked up at various locations around town or at the restaurant the night of the event.

Jerry is confined to his home because of Parkinson’s disease and multiple disabilities and Linda is his full-time caretaker. The couple is on a limited income and would appreciate the support of the community the night of the fundraiser.
